Shipping Policy

We ship all aperturebody orders with care to ensure your product arrives securely and in optimal condition.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Australia and the World.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times within Australia:

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

- International Shipping: 4–9 business days in metro areas

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or peak periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed prior to payment.

Any applicable promotions or free shipping thresholds will be clearly communicated at checkout.


Tracking

All orders include tracking.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active after dispatch.


Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, aperturebody is not responsible for:

- Delays caused by the carrier

- Parcels left unattended or stolen after delivery

- Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact matt@aperturebody.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and relevant details.

We will assess the issue and work with the carrier to resolve it.
