Returns & Exchanges

At aperturebody, each product is engineered with precision and considered detail.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are respected and upheld.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty or damaged

  • Significantly different from its description or imagery

  • Affected by a manufacturing defect

You are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the issue, this may include a refund, replacement, or repair.

Please contact matt@aperturebody.com with your order number and clear images of the issue. We will assess and resolve the matter promptly.


Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for items that are:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • Returned in original condition

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference of fit or style

We encourage customers to review sizing information carefully prior to purchase.


Return Process

All return and exchange requests must be approved prior to sending items back.
Return instructions will be provided via email once your request is confirmed.


Care & Wear

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by improper care may not be eligible for return or exchange.
